A menu made with ingredients from our market.
Back in 1924, the Nakata family bought a farm on Bainbridge Island. The family had kids. The kids grew up and with a family friend, opened a local market where people could get the best food from right here close to home, and enjoy it at its peak. Now, we’re evolving that food experience to the restaurant level—sourcing ingredients straight from our market for every dish we prepare.
Menu created by Ethan Stowell.
Environment created by you.
Chef Ethan Stowell’s food has a brilliant way of allowing our regional ingredients to express themselves. So we figured he’d be the perfect person to create the Field House menu. Because while Mr. Stowell is something of a Seattle restaurant celebrity, the ingredients from our markets and the people from our community are the real stars here.
Dine in. Hang out. Eat close to home.
Field House is here for the love of where we live. The food, the people, the community, the land, and how it all comes together to create a real sense of this place. We’re using best-of-market ingredients, often from local producers who happen to be our friends. We’re cooking good food to order, and serving it all up in a comfortable, casual, environment, right at your local T&C market. And If you love what you’re tasting, you can even bring home the ingredients. Come hang out with us. Have a little something to eat. Maybe a drink. And together, let’s enjoy what we’ve got here—right here close to home—to the fullest.
